System Fee Credits are now used for ALL organizations and states that utilize CEU Locker as their approval platform.

Starting February 2025, all CEU Locker Organizations will begin using System Fee Credits, which are pre-purchased on this page. These system fee credits do not cover the reviewing fees charged by individual states.

How System Fee Credits Work: For CEU Providers placing course applications for approval , you will be able to pre-purchase system fee credits, which will then be deducted from your account when placing an application into any organization. You need 1 system fee credit per course application submitted. This new process will allow Providers with multiple applications to purchase credits at a discounted rate!

Please note this process covers the CEU Locker System Fee ONLY -- you will checkout as normal through the Accrediting Organization's credit card gateway separately.
