Course Description:
Injury management for hamstring strain and anterior cruciate ligament injuries is challenging in the current landscape of clinical uncertainty and limited scientific knowledge. The goal of this CEU course is to provide a comprehensive, evidence-informed summary to support the clinician on the effectiveness of injury prevention protocols to modify biomechanics and neuromuscular anterior cruciate and/or hamstring injuries. Special consideration for rehabilitation will be explored for the child and adolescent with ACL injury. Discussion of the differences between women and men related ACL injuries will also be explored.
