Course Description:
This course focuses on the biomechanical understanding of the running athlete. Key categories are targeted by using a complete running template. The goal is to learn practical skills of identifying common running injury patterns while incorporating the uniqueness of every patients dysfunction and behavior. Understanding the science and latest biomechanical analysis behind multi-joint movement, load progression, strength and conditioning methodology will influence outcomes. By the end of the course, you should be comfortable with the examination tool and start to allow findings to funnel through your clinical reasoning skills toward exciting and logical treatment solutions.
