Course Description:

ART Full Body Level 1 provides instruction and training covering 170 manual protocols that treat upper extremity, spine, and lower extremity soft-tissue dysfunctions. From carpal tunnel syndrome to frozen shoulder, TMJ to low back pain, plantar fasciitis to hip bursitis, meniscus damage to sprains and strains, and decreased range of motion to post-operation rehabilitation, the clinical application of our system is broad and powerful.

The Active Release Techniques® treatment system is specifically engineered to locate and treat soft-tissue disorders through hands-on, manual protocols specific to individual soft-tissue structures. ART utilizes the psychomotor skill of touch to train attendees to accurately recognize alterations in tissue texture, tension, movement, and function, allowing for better identification and treatment at the root of the disorder.

Included with registration is access to the ARTMan app, which provides a thorough review of gross anatomy, the ART Diagnostic Algorithm, and treatment methodology. The curriculum materials are designed to prepare attendees for the seminar, so that mastery of protocols is the primary focus during in-person training. For the best chance at credentialing as an ART Certified Provider, we encourage attendees to register with enough time for thorough study and comprehension of these materials.

We keep our student-to-instructor ratios low to ensure individualized instruction and personalized feedback on your skills. During the seminar, attendees work alongside instructors and each other to learn and practice palpation and treatment protocols.

Pass the practical exam on the last day of the seminar and get ready to put the treatment system to work. Results are returned to attendees 72 hours from receipt of exams to ART HQ. As soon as attendees receive confirmation of certification, they can begin helping patients feel better faster, with the Gold Standard in Soft-Tissue Care, and benefit from the accompanying increase in visits and referrals.
