Course Objectives:
Participants will be able to:
• Understand the dynamic nature of pluralism, cultural diversity, and inclusion as it relates to resolution of health disparities
• Articulate the benefits of cultural diversity in promoting a more inclusive academic environment
• Provide successful examples of improving population health through institutional diversity and inclusion
• Provide successful examples of strategies to create a diverse and inclusive academic institution
