Course Description:
This 2 day case based course is designed to improve your effectivenss in the clinic, managing patients with upper or lower quarter diagnosis. Participants will learn the most up to date evidence on the examination and treatment of common clinical conditions. Emphasis will be placed on manual therapy and exercise interventions for the rehabilitation of:
-Upper quarter conditions including subacromial impingement, rotator cuff tendinopathy, and lateral elbow pain
-Lower quarter conditions including hip and knee OA, hip labral tears and FAI, PFPS, tendinopathy, Achilles tendinopathy,a nd plantar heel pain.
Lecture and lab sessions are designed to improve decision making and clinical efficiency in the clinic.
