Course Description:

No matter what the practice setting, the documentation is the only witness to whether the treatment is appropriate and necessary based on the patient's clinical presentation. A thorough understanding of Medicare Part A guidelines enables you to meet care delivery and documentation requirements and ensure reimbursement for therapy services provided. This module provides physical therapy professionals with a working knowledge of the Medicare Part A guidelines as they relate to patient selection, treatment, and documentation for both rehabilitative and maintenance therapy.
