Course Description:

This course is designed to bridge the gap between entry-level and specialized knowledge in concussion management. The
goal is to produce clinicians confident in examining, treating, and returning individuals with mTBI to contact, work, school,
and wellness. This course will address specific examination tools, treatment interventions, educational information, and
return to play considerations for athletes, as well as other populations across the lifespan. The multifactorial domains of
concussion rehabilitation will be addressed for each section with an emphasis on cervicogenic symptoms, vestibulo-occular
symptoms, and autonomic dysfunction. This course will also discuss topics such as persistent concussive symptoms, return
to work/learn, special populations, and education surrounding concussion management.
