Course Description:

This course provides therapists with a better understanding of the experience of pain. The course discusses pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatment of pain, assessment of pain, rehabilitation therapy treatments and pain management techniques, barriers to effective pain management, and end-of-life management of pain.
