Course Description:

Pharmacology in Rehabilitation is an on-line learning program designed to be an overview of common medications seen in physical and occupational rehabilitation settings. A majority of patients seen during the rehabilitation process are prescribed medications to assist in their recovery. Many patients also have pre-morbid conditions that also require medication which can affect their recovery. Understanding the pharmacodynamics of medications and the effects produced on the body are essential in developing a comprehensive rehabilitation program.
