Course Description:

This course will overview an evidence-based approach to return to activity post-concussion. There is a lot of opinion and expert consensus on the best approaches to return to activity for athletes and non-athletes post-concussion. Research is emerging to help guide return-to-play recommendations, rather than expert opinions. This course will overview initiating physical activity through activity clearance. It will also discuss barriers to initiating activity to include activity intolerance.
