Course Description:

This 3-part series emphasizes putting the latest evidence into practice to provide innovative solutions for the athletes with relative overuse injuries. Participants will learn clinical reasoning, effective diagnosis, and specific training load prescription to both prevent and treat various lower limb overuse injuries. Diagnoses to be covered will include patellofemoral pain, iliotibial band pain, Achilles and plantar fasciopathy. The course will also cover various bone stress injuries of the lower limb, including tibia, navicular and metatarsal bone stress injuries. Case studies will be used throughout the course to provide relevant examples.
