Course Description:

Is it safe to use manual therapy for older patients with impaired mobility of their joints?
How effective is manual therapy for older adults? Sadly, manual therapy interventions
are not used as frequently in this population, even in the absence of precautions and
contraindications. At the end of this course, the learner will have a thorough
understanding of impaired joint mobility of the extremities in the older adult. Not only
will you be able to determine the appropriateness of manual therapy for your elderly
patients, but you will also learn about evidence-based interventions aimed at improving
