Course Description:

The fast pace of acute care can make the integration of standardized outcome measures a challenge. Yet, the use of outcome measures is key to guiding discharge recommendations and demonstrating the value of physical therapy across the continuum of care. In this module, physical therapists will learn best practices for the application of outcome measures to acute care practice.
