Course Description:

This 19-online course is designed to present to the participant the most recent and
state of the art information on assessing functional movement and then building
programs to restore and enhance performance. The course was developed to
provide the participant with the most pertinent information regarding the
assessment and exercises strategies based on current scientific evidence. The
scientific and clinical rationale behind restoring functional movement patterns will
be discussed using a combination of online videos, presentations, and group
discussions. Participants will be able to interact through group discussion boards and
live review and question & answer sessions with the instructor.
This course is appropriate for physical therapists, occupational therapists, assistants,
athletic trainers, strength and conditioning specialists, personal trainers, and other
orthopedic, sports medicine, rehabilitation, and fitness specialists.
The coursework associated with the program is not live and can be done at any
time. The discussion boards will take place over the course of each lesson. Thus,
there are no restrictions on what time zone or country you are in to participate. You
can ask the instructor questions and discuss the course content with other
participants at any time in the discussion board. The live interactive sessions with
the instructor will be recorded and posted for any participants unable to attend live.
