Course Description:

It is well understood that the core of the body is an essential component to the optimal performance in elite level athletes. Unfortunately, many athletes do not understand the true function and action of the core during sport. Additionally, many clinicians are not exposed to treating injuries in this region. During this webinar, we will help to bridge the gap by demonstrating clinical examination skills and discussing a systematic treatment progression to developing and training a core that can handle the demands of life or sport. We highlight this through the use of a clinical examination and tie in these findings to a tailored approach for training and return to play.
