Hypermobility Spectrum Disorders (HSD) are a group of connective tissue conditions (different than Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome) that cause joint hypermobility, instability, and pain. This discussion provides the current research evidence on HSD classification, sub-types, diagnosis, sequela, clinical presentation, and physical therapy management.
