Course Description:

Hypermobility has a wide range of presentations; from the patient who is “a little extra flexible” to the patient with full blown hEDS. Management of these patients can be difficult, and identification can be harder at times. This 1-day course will put all of the pieces together ranging from: treatment model framework, history/etiology of hypermobility, pain neuroscience education, psychologically informed care, accurate and intentional prescriptions of exercise, motor control progressions, as well as applying mobilization and manipulation techniques in this population.
