Course Description:

This course is Part 2 in a five-part series on documentation with a focus on reporting skill and
progress and how you can get the best out of your documentation. This course demonstrates how
to show skill as therapists with high-level patients. A high-level patient will perform different
posture, balance, and muscle strength tests. This is followed by an explanation of how to show
progress with that patient and what to include in a discharge note.
