Course Description:

This course will review how proper utilization of a documentation system can help clinicians piece together the right information to make a patient’s episode of care as efficient as possible. This course will review how incorporating proper documentation, past medical history, and patient reported outcomes can improve communication between clinicians and their patients and optimize clinical efficiencies.
