Course Description:
Participants will actively learn and participate in the detailed study of the intrinsic anatomy and anatomical relationships of the hand and wrist via didactic presentation, discussion, drawing labs, and case presentation based on select pathology of the hand and wrist. Presentation and lab formats will foster an environment of collaborative interaction that promotes independent and group problem-solving and skill development. For each diagnosis, the presenter will detail the relational anatomy, evidence, and treatment using case-based images, videos, and The Dell Hand Model. Participants will be asked to draw the intrinsic and extrinsic anatomy of the hand and wrist as well as all relational anatomy relevant to the diagnoses presented
