Course Description:
This course covers heart failure-related content including science-based clinical evaluations, development of interventions, relevant medications, and prioritization of clinical findings for the patient with heart failure, and clinician responsibilities. The course also provides an overview of structured progressive interventions and illustrates how to utilize these tools in the evaluation and education of patients with heart failure and their caregivers, linking the information to associated documentation. This course serves as a comprehensive course and is intended for associates at agencies that do not have legacy cardiopulmonary programs.
