Course Description:

This course will describe clinical decision making and take a deeper dive specifically into understanding the Patient’s Perception. The participant will learn practical clinical tools of relationship and decision making to gain a better understand the patient’s understanding and expectations of their condition. Most importantly, these techniques will augment the quality of information acquired from the examination in order to make better decisions about care. These techniques can be applied throughout the examination and follow up sessions to modify patient expectations and yield better outcomes.
