Course Description:

The course will initially review the meniscus anatomy and function. The different types of tears and clinical treatment with be covered. The numerous ways to repair a meniscus will then be discussed and well as the rehabilitation after repair. Finally the different ways to treat a non-functional meniscus with substitution or replacement, both current and under investigation, will be presented.
