Course Description:

This lecture will describe the movement system impairment (MSI) syndromes of the hip. The discussion will include factors contributing to these syndromes particularly as they relate to the passive and active characteristics of muscle, alignment, and movement patterns. The influence of structural impairments of the hip will be emphasized. The systematic examination to identify the diagnostic syndromes of the hip will be demonstrated.
