Course Description:

This two-part course will review the management of meniscal and cartilaginous defects in younger populations and the management of massive rotator cuff injuries. Dr. Cole’s experience in both orthopedic management and cellular biology, will be reflected and applied to these common pathologies. We will review the biochemical and biomechanical principles of both regions and the effects on the application to therapeutic interventions of these areas. The most recent evidence in treatment interventions of these pathologies will be reviewed and discussed as well as the clinical application based on best evidence for both regions.
