Course Description:

This course focuses on the science and practical application of exercise prescription based on specific physical examination findings and patient functional limitations. Concepts from the Scandinavian approach to exercise (Medical Exercise Therapy) and motor control are combined with contemporary research findings to provide a structured method to enhance patient outcomes. Content is applicable to musculoskeletal conditions anywhere in the body.
