Course Description:

This course will cover some of the latest advances in WALANT surgery. We will discuss both flexor tendon repair and rehabilitation and extensor tendon repair and rehabilitation. This course will review early protected movement with K wired finger fractures and hand pain management with relative motion splinting and the pencil test. We will utilize lecture and application of these techniques in order to optimize transfer to patient care.
