Course Description:

This course will emphasize putting the latest evidence into practice to provide innovative solutions for the athletes with relative overuse injuries. Participants will learn how to conduct a running gait analysis using an evidence-based framework to identify the common gait contributors to the most prevalent running-related injuries. This course will present a gait analysis framework that can be easily adopted into most clinical settings, requiring only a camera, a treadmill, and basic software (Quicktime™). Case studies will be used throughout the course to provide relevant examples.
