Course Description:
Lateral elbow pain is one of the more common areas of pain presenting in the clinic and it is easy to jump to the conclusion that the common extensor origin is at fault. This course will utilize case discussions to explore the differential diagnoses of lateral elbow pain. It will highlight the importance of a thorough subjective exam and important statements that may cause you to alter or pivot from the initial clinical diagnosis. The course will also review the components of an objective evaluation and common presentations for lateral elbow pain. The goal of this course is to avoid a bias of tendon pathology and focus on fully evaluating the structures contributing to lateral elbow pain.
