Course Description:

This course is designed for the Physical Therapist / Physical Therapist Assistant and Athletic Trainer looking to advance their knowledge in the treatment and care for complex lower quarter injuries. Topics will include current evidence-based sport and exercise related (S&E) injury prevention, comprehensive management of shoulder instability and specific diagnosis and management of core muscle injuries. Clinicians will advance their knowledge regarding acute, subacute and late stage rehab with an improved understanding of the physician’s perspective and how these considerations are looped in to a complex strength and conditioning rehabilitation plan of care.
