Course Description:

Brain injury is a complex diagnosis that can significantly impact physical function, cognition, and quality of life. This course presents evidence-based interventions for physical therapy professionals to implement for patients with traumatic brain injury (TBI). Case-based examples will model the delivery of the appropriate dose of physical therapy through an evidence-based plan of care, including progression and goal setting.

The goal of this course is to teach physical therapists (PTs) and physical therapist assistants (PTAs) evidence-based interventions for patients with brain injury.
