Course Description:

In rehabilitation, telehealth can improve patient communication and compliance, streamline the delivery of educational materials, and allow therapists to reach individuals who may have limited means or access to the clinic. This module introduces physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology professionals to the different components of telehealth and how to implement telehealth programs in therapy practice effectively.

The goal of this educational program is to provide rehabilitation professionals with an overview of telehealth services available and provide guidance for implementation and maintenance of telehealth programs.
