Course Description:

In this course, rehabilitation therapists will gain an understanding of the physiologic impact of diabetes on patients' clinical presentation, progression, and plan of care. The course discusses how to manage patients with diabetes during a treatment session and introduces evidence-based diabetes self-management programs available in the community as effective complements to therapy.
