Course Description:

Fascial Cranium Myofascial Release Seminar

The Fascial Cranium seminar is designed and formatted to teach unique Myofascial Release principles for the fascial cranium and intra-oral structures to increase physiological function, enhance cognition, decrease headaches, cervical, sinus and TMJ pain.

Students will learn techniques for the cranium and cervical areas with effects throughout the entire body.

Techniques in Fascial Cranium will include Myofascial release of the anterior cervical region, posterior cervical region, masseters, frontal and sphenoidal areas, and occipital condyle area. The course also includes techniques and releases for intra-oral structures, including maxilla, palatines, vomer, pterygoid musculature, TMJ, and balancing and freeing of the temporal mandibular apparatus.

The very important difference from other mobilization, muscle energy, and manipulation procedures is that Myofascial Release techniques are performed very slowly following the fascial releases. The fascial system does not release quickly or all at one time. This time factor is essential for lasting results and the feel over time is similar to a rope unraveling by the sensitive, trained hands of the therapist in a three-dimensional manner like taffy untwisting and stretching.

Fascial Cranium Myofascial Release techniques are safe and highly effective in reducing pain and restoring balance and optimal function by treating the entire Myofascial complex.
