Course Description:

Home health physical therapists are important members of the interprofessional team approach to fall screening and prevention for patients in this practice setting. Learning to differentiate the “why” of the fall is critical to appropriate management, and this presentation will discuss holistic fall screening, treatment, and prevention strategies for patients.
