Course Description:

This course will cover key concepts that support pregnant clients in caring for their body for birth and postpartum. Covered will be the three main areas of the body that need to be assessed and addressed prior to birth, how the aches and pains and the linea alba guide us in our treatments and latest research guiding us in preventing obstetric anal sphincter injuries (OASIS) and the recovery of diastasis recti.
