Course Description:

This 2-day course will cover biomechanics and patho-anatomy of the shoulder and elbow, overhead athlete structural exam/special testing lab/demo, performance therapy principles (integrated movement assessment, training for mobility and control lab/demo, and programming performance). Special topics may include weighted ball programs & interval throwing programs.
