Course Description:
Neurocognitive training in its current framework, aims to fill the gap left in Rehab that targets strengthening, proximal control, and balance, using neurological components such as: reaction time, processing speed, dual task, visual motor and focus of attention. Learn to incorporate and utilize these components into your clinical practice not only with your MSK patients, but your neurologic, geriatric and pediatric patients. The course is a blend of didactic and a hands-on lab. Lab time will include use of the blaze pods, for both UE and LE, VR goggles with station set ups, and other tools or items you may use in clinic.
