Course Description:
The NDTA 2025 Virtual Annual Conference, “Maximizing FUNction Through Assessment and Intervention,” is a multi-disciplinary event designed for speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and related professionals working with individuals across the lifespan who have neurological impairments. The conference emphasizes evidence-based strategies grounded in the Neuro-Developmental Treatment (NDT) approach and covers topics such as neuroplasticity, motor learning, functional participation, interdisciplinary intervention, feeding and swallowing, adaptive technologies, and patient-centered care. Attendees will gain clinical insights through case-based presentations, hands-on strategies, and collaborative problem-solving sessions, all with the aim of enhancing outcomes through functional, meaningful, and engaging interventions.
