Course Description:

This course provides pediatric healthcare professionals with a research-backed framework to improve outcomes and increase parent participation across NICU, home, and outpatient settings. The 5 Core Measures of Early Childhood Development—**pain and stress management, protected sleep, activities of daily living (ADLs), family-centered care, and healing environment**—are explored through evidence-based strategies that can be applied immediately in clinical practice. Participants will gain tools to enhance caregiver coaching, streamline documentation, and improve overall treatment consistency.
