Course Description:

This course will allow the advanced pelvic health provider to utilize anorectal balloons to undergo biofeedback for the treatment of poor rectal sensation and compliance, fecal incontinence, dyssynergic defecation, and rectal hypersensitivity. The practitioner should already have a working knowledge of pelvic and digestive anatomy, physiology and colorectal disorders. Evidence based curriculum will provide the therapist with another tool to address these complex conditions.
