Course Description:

What are the top Pilates exercises used clinically by physical therapists to enhance
their ability to improve human movement? This workshop will simplify the use of
the Pilates method in the physical therapy environment, allowing physical
therapists with less Pilates experience to quickly master the use of the equipment
and cueing skills used in the repertoire and apply the exercises by understanding
their neuromuscular effects. We will seamlessly blend our PT and Pilates skills for
the most efficient and effective plan of care.
