Course Description:

This self-paced course focuses on how to write meaningful Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) outcomes. To successfully do this, early intervention teams must establish partnerships with families to ensure the outcomes support the family's hopes and dreams for their child and family within the context of their daily activities and routines. We will highlight a six-step process to ensure IFSP outcomes are family friendly, yet specific to ensure accurate measurement of a child and family achieving the identified outcomes.
