Course Description:

This session is designed to deliver essential updates, timely reminders, and practical guidance specifically tailored for MassHealth Home Health Agency Providers.
Participants will gain valuable insights into several critical areas that directly impact daily operations and compliance. Key topics to be covered include a comprehensive overview of the newly implemented Targeted Provider Coordination for Member Services (TPCMS). The session will also delve into the various types of audits providers may encounter, outlining the processes involved and how to best prepare for them.
Additionally, this session will provide important updates on the ongoing implementation of Electronic Visit Verification (EVV), including timelines, system integration expectations, and compliance requirements. Providers will have the opportunity to ask questions and clarify procedures to ensure they are aligned with MassHealth policies and positioned for continued success.
This training is highly recommended for administrative, clinical, and compliance staff involved in the delivery of home health services under the MassHealth program.

•   Targeted Provider Coordination for Member Services (TPCMS) program, recent changes to prior authorization processes, medical necessity guidelines for home health services, and the provider compliance processes.
•   Audit types, documentation requirement expectations, and common issues encountered.
