Course Description:

Key topics to be covered include a comprehensive overview of the newly implemented Targeted Provider Coordination for Member Services (TPCMS). The session will also delve into the various types of audits providers may encounter, outlining the processes involved and how to best prepare for them.
Additionally, this session will provide important updates on the ongoing implementation of Electronic Visit Verification (EVV), including timelines, system integration expectations, and compliance requirements.
