Course Description:

•   This course was designed/created to help physical therapists improve their understanding of lower extremity biomechanics. To be able to take the patient from working on mobility and isometric movement to following a logical progression to more sports specific tasks/activities. In this course we will also examine the importance of soleus strength, and the importance of the body co-contracting around it to improve propulsion.
