Course Description:

This interactive 4-hour workshop introduces healthcare professionals to the field of health humanities and equips them with evidence-based, creative strategies—especially expressive writing and narrative reflection—to support flourishing in both their personal and professional lives. Participants will leave with a clearer understanding of how the humanities can support resilience, empathy, meaning-making, and positive identity in the face of healthcare professional demands.
