Course Description:

This one-day conference will highlight successful interprofessional communication and case management between therapists and therapist assistants through exercise dosing and progression. We will discuss key principles of exercise dosing and progressions to ensure standardization of terminology and concepts and apply them to a case management framework of varying special populations. Therapist assistants will be empowered to communicate and collaborate with the therapist on case management, specifically exercise dosing modifications and considerations within special populations.
