Course Description:

This course explores the application of Flow State Theory, with a focus on inpatient neurological rehabilitation for traumatic brain injury patients. Participants will gain a foundational
understanding of Flow State Theory and how it correlates to the occupational therapy practice. The course provides practical instruction on administering the Flow State Scale for Rehabilitation Tasks (FSSRT) and interpreting its results within the inpatient rehab context. Through the analysis of a detailed case report, learners will examine how client-centered
interventions can be designed to align with flow principles, enhancing therapeutic outcomes and patient motivation.
