Course Description:

This course will offer an introduction to Manual Edema Mobilization, which is a recognized best practice treatment for individuals with persistent upper extremity edema following trauma. The course will offer foundational knowledge: the impact of edema, normal physiology as well as practice knowledge: how to stimulate the lymphatics through lecture, demonstrations and with insights from Sandra Artzberger the developer of Manual Edema Mobilization.
